Strolling thru the district at very low speeds - mom had to sit on every bench....
Every night and morning Elliot checks to see how her sister is doing...mom is ready to explode!

June Beach Trip

The lovely Mr and Mrs O'Meara.....

Everyday there was golf, kite flying, playing in stream on beach, soccer, rugby, and below is a pic of Elliot Jane looking a bit AC/DC

Strike a pose while Rory flies the kite!

This summer we took a trip to Manzanita Beach in Oregon. It was one of the best times we have had and will surely return again next summer. Although the first few pics indicate rain and overcast skies, we had plenty of warm sunshine too. Accompanied by our family friends, The Lynch's and The Lutgens we made memories to last forever!

Elliot had her hair french braided!

O'Meara and Lynch Clans... minus the hubbys

Wichita! Always a super fun time!

We have been lucky enought o visit our cousins and friends in Wichita every year. This year we were out there just before Easter and here are some highlights in no particular order... The farm area of the Wichita Zoo!

Making music with Kyle Hamor!

More riding wooden cows at the zoo!
Crashing Kyle's preschool Easter party - nice timing as Elliot and Rory had just celebrated Passover the week before at their preschool! Best of both religions!

This is one of our other relatives who can also be found in the zoo!

Rory was given the teacher's place at the table...hmmm maybe he will be one of those guys who is always in the right place at the right time!

Getting a snap with all three smiling at me was a challenge - on Kyle's front porch!

Riding the go cart down to Tyler's school and back! FUN!

Cousins Cousins Cousins!

We were able to crash a birthday party the last night we were in town!!!

Making a nest on the sewer cap in Kyle's yard - perfect weather that day!

Playing all sports out front of Kyle's house. Nice follow thru Rory!

Elliot and Kyle racing around the Culdesac!

Nature hike with the boys - Elliot always stopping off to read stuff!

See - we are really related to the big guy at the zoo!

Kyle had a Thomas couch/bed that Rory LOVED!

They were really excited and happy to see each other again!

Trip to Laughlin to see Great Grandparents

We had an opportunity to visit and eat dinner with Grandma and Grandpa Nelson in Laughlin which is only over an hour's drive. The hotel room proved to be a highlight with cable television, balcony view of the river and the closet perfect for hide and seek...
Elliot and Rory both took to Grandpa Nelson like old times!

Shane gave grandma a lesson on iphones and facebook!

More love to Grandpa N.
Elliot brought a tea party game along that she managed to win two times and poor Grandma was so close!

Merry Christmas!

Here we are visiting Santa! Elliot told him she wanted Webkinz and Rory told him thru ASL he wanted a train for Christmas.
Shane and I get a prom picture every year at his work Christmas party so I thought I should post it this year. Happy New Year!

Thanksgiving

We had a visit from Irish Grandad and MummyGran during our Thanksgiving holiday! Great fun was had at the Floyd Lamb Park - little farm and pond fishing park. More of those pics are in the slide show above.

Lisa decided to meet up with us at the park as its only a mile away...

MumGran was reading books every morning with the kids!
